— About FourPawsIT: The Veterinary IT Company
We Are IT People.
We Are Animal People.
We Are Both.
FourPawsIT was built on a simple idea: veterinary practices deserve IT support from people who actually understand their world. We did not stumble into this industry. We chose it.
— Our Story
Started Because
Someone Had To
Veterinary practices run on incredibly specialized software. Their networks support everything from digital imaging to pharmacy systems to front desk operations. For years, most of them were stuck with generic IT providers who had to Google the basics.
Aaron and Nikki saw that gap and decided to fill it. With more than 30 combined years in IT, they built FourPawsIT from the ground up around one client type: veterinary practices that needed a real partner, not just a vendor. The team has grown. The services have expanded. But the mission is exactly the same as day one.
"The pet care industry had very little specialized IT support. We knew we could change that. So we did."
This is not just a business vertical. We genuinely love animals. That is why we show up every day.
No corporate parent. No investor playbook. Just two people who saw a problem and fixed it.
We serve practices coast to coast but you are not a ticket number here. You are a partner.
Leadership That
Actually Shows Up
Our founders are not behind a desk somewhere. They are on client sites, on calls with vendors, and on planes when a practice needs them. That is just how FourPawsIT works.
Nikki Brown
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Built with intention and led with quiet precision, she co-founded FourPawsIT alongside her husband to deliver a more elevated, personalized standard of service. Nikki is the force behind the day-to-day—keeping operations flowing, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring every practice is thoughtfully supported. With a natural ability to anticipate needs and perfect the details, she is the reason things run seamlessly—and the reason they’re done right.
With over two decades in hospitality, she brings a refined, service-driven perspective that has shaped FourPawsIT into an IT company with personality, where relationships are valued as highly as results, and technology is delivered with care, clarity, and intention.
Aaron Brown
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Aaron brings more than 25 years of IT experience to FourPawsIT. He built the technical foundation of the company and still leads from the front on complex deployments and escalations.
Meet the Real
Decision Makers
Every great company has senior leadership that keeps things grounded. Ours have four legs.
Sebastian
Sebastian brings an energy to every room that is impossible to ignore. No meeting is safe. No agenda survives contact with him. We would not have it any other way.
Zivah
Zivah has opinions. High ones. She expects excellence in everything around her and honestly, she has made us better because of it.
Stanley
Stanley has logged more site visits than most of the human team. He travels with Aaron and Nikki to client locations and serves as the official morale officer on every job.
Apollo
Chief Wisdom Officer
Apollo has seen things. He has been around long enough to know that the best spot in any room is the one closest to the sun. He keeps the team grounded and reminds everyone that slow and steady wins the race.
We Leave Every Server Room
Better Than We Found It
We have inherited some genuinely rough setups. Daisy-chained power strips. Cable nests nobody could make sense of. Equipment untouched for years.
We clean it up. We organize it. We label everything. Not because we have to, but because a well-run server room means a well-run clinic.
Values That Show Up
in the Work
These are not words on a wall. They are how we make decisions when things get complicated.
Compassion
We put ourselves in your shoes. Running a multi-location vet practice is hard. We try to make the technology part easier.
Integrity
We do what we say we will do. If something is outside scope and you still need it, we figure it out.
Honesty
No fluff. No overselling. We tell you what you actually need and what it will actually cost.
Authenticity
We are not performing professionalism. This is genuinely who we are and how we operate every day.
